The man was conscious when he was taken to hospital after police received the alarm at 8am.
According to police, the crime may have occurred both indoors and outdoors, and a preliminary investigation into aggravated assault and kidnapping has been initiated. A 35-year-old man was arrested this morning and later detained on suspicion of the crime.
Circumstances mean that the crime is also classified as suspected kidnapping, police spokesman Johnny Gustavsson tells TT, but does not want to give more details.
