A man in his 30s is being prosecuted for having stabbed a man to death in Kramfors last summer. He may have been suffering from a serious mental disorder when the murder was committed, local media report.

The now-prosecuted man was arrested after he knocked on a neighbor's door with bloody hands and told them what had happened.
During the summer, the suspect underwent a so-called paragraph 7 examination, which showed that he may have been suffering from a serious mental disorder.
It is unclear whether the prosecuted man had any connection to the victim.
