The criminal charges relate to events between 2024 and 2026.
"The investigation will now continue, including analyzing the items seized during the raid and conducting interrogations," said Thomas Hertz, state prosecutor at the Swedish Economic Crime Agency, in a press release.
Another person was arrested during the raid on suspicion of serious insider trading, but was released after questioning.
