"The car is very damaged. It has gone off the road and flown quite a distance in the air," says Magnus Lefèvre, the police officer on duty.
The driver, a man in his 20s, is being treated for serious injuries. He is suspected of reckless driving, causing bodily harm and driving under the influence of drugs.
The men were trapped in the accident and had to be cut free before being taken to hospital.
