A man is sentenced to eight months in prison after having taken a stranglehold on a woman he had sex with, reports P4 Malmöhus.
The woman's injuries were discovered when she was stopped by police at a traffic check. She had bruises on her neck and eyelids and bleeding in the mucous membranes of the eyes, but had originally not wanted to report the man herself.
The man, who is in his 40s, is sentenced for two cases of assault.
