According to the verdict, the woman was subjected to sexual abuse on several occasions while she was asleep, unconscious or heavily intoxicated. The man had recorded some of the incidents himself. The crimes were allegedly committed between the end of 2022 and the summer of 2025.
In addition to the prison sentence, the man must pay just over one million kronor in damages to the woman.
The man has denied any wrongdoing and claimed that the woman participated voluntarily.
