Man Injured by 300 Kilo Cement Block in Vikbolandet Farm Accident

A man became wedged under a 300 kilo heavy concrete block in an accident at a farm on Vikbolandet outside Norrköping.

The accident occurred late on Saturday afternoon. How the accident happened is unclear.

He has been working with concrete foundations on a farm, says Mikael Kalered, duty officer at the rescue service, to Norrköpings Tidningar.

The rescue service freed the man, who was taken to hospital.

The man suffered minor injuries and his condition is stable, reports Region Östergötland. He remains in hospital for observation.
