The exposed girls are between 8 and 15 years old, and most of them are younger than 12 years old.
The man, who is from the Sundsvall area, was prosecuted for five cases of rape and one attempted rape, in addition to sexual abuse of children and exploitation of children for sexual posing. The crimes are said to have taken place over almost two years on the internet, often via the social media platform Snapchat.
The man has denied all allegations except for one indictment point, where he has confessed to sexual assault against a 14-year-old girl.
