A man in Örnsköldsvik has been sentenced to two years in prison for secretly filming 20 people and for violating the privacy of three others, reports SVT News Västernorrland.
The man, who is in his 30s, secretly filmed Örnsköldsvik residents for several years. An overwhelming majority of the victims were women. Most were filmed in changing rooms, shower rooms and, in some cases, bedrooms, the TV channel reports.
He was sentenced to probation in 2024 for, among other things, buying sexual services from children and attempting gross unlawful coercion, and has since been under the supervision of the Probation Service, according to SVT News Västernorrland.
