A man in Malmö is sentenced to eight years in prison after the police found eleven live hand grenades and three pistols in his apartment.

The man was taken into custody by security guards after having traveled by train without a ticket and was deemed to be under the influence of narcotics. The police officers who were called in reacted to the fact that he was wearing a company's staff clothing without having income from this company. He became suspected of unauthorized disposal and therefore a search of his home was made.

It was later revealed that he had employment with the company, but he is now convicted of a particularly serious offense against the law on flammable and explosive goods as well as serious weapons offense.
