A man in his 80s has been arrested on suspicion of murder in Hofors municipality, reports Arbetarbladet.
The suspected crime is said to have been committed on Friday evening. Police and prosecutors have so far provided few details about the case.
"What I can confirm is that a man in his 80s is being held on probable cause on suspicion of murder. He was arrested on Friday," Robin Simonsson, press spokesperson for the Swedish Prosecution Authority, told the newspaper.
