The man is also suspected of aggravated weapons offenses.
Three people, two men and a woman, were shot near a villa in Älvsjö at around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. The shooting was reportedly caused by some kind of conflict that had broken out at the scene, according to police. One man was seriously injured.
Expressen has reported it was a rental dispute in which the suspect was to be evicted from his home.
"I can confirm that it is some kind of dispute, and I do not want to comment further on what type of dispute it is," prosecutor Gabriella Widstrand told TT.
The suspected perpetrator was arrested in the area shortly afterwards. It is unclear how he has reacted to the suspicions.
