According to the indictment, he is alleged to have raped a 15-year-old boy at least seven times during the summer of 2025.
The man is suspected of using social media to get victims to film themselves performing sexual acts, recordings that the suspect saved and, in some cases, shared with others.
In the man's digital devices, police found, among other things, 1,200 videos containing abusive material, 700 of which are considered particularly brutal.
The defendant has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography, but denies the allegations of rape and other abuse.
