Police were alerted to the accident just before 5 a.m. Sunday.
There were three people in the car. A man in his 20s was taken to hospital by air ambulance.
He is seriously injured, police spokesman Mats Eriksson said earlier.
A man in his late teens is suspected of driving under the influence of drugs, and, according to police, additional criminal suspicions will be added.
