The man's defense attorney said during the detention hearing on Sunday that his client denies the crime, saying he lacked intent to commit it.
The Security Service is investigating the suspected crimes under the leadership of the National Security Unit.
"This is a sensitive case at a sensitive stage. Furthermore, the court has imposed a prohibition on disclosure on me and everyone else, so I am prevented from saying anything more about this," says Chief Prosecutor Per Lindqvist.
