Police were called to the apartment on Thursday evening and found a lifeless man who was pronounced dead. The circumstances surrounding the death led police to suspect foul play.
A man in his 40s was also in the apartment and was arrested on suspicion of involvement in the crime. The two men are said to have some kind of relationship with each other.
