The alarm came in to the police just after three o'clock on Tuesday afternoon. The man was taken to hospital with serious injuries. Just after 5 pm, the police announced that the man had died.
He has got some kind of steel structure over him, steel ladders of some kind, says the police's press spokesperson Jennifer Last.
What type of workplace the man was in is unclear. The police have cordoned off an area and are holding interviews with witnesses.
The incident is being investigated as causing another person's death through a workplace accident.
