A man in his 30s has been seriously injured by a chainsaw in Östhammar, reports UNT.
It was a man in his 30s who was cutting a ground element with a motor. Then the saw got stuck somehow and when he tried to get it loose, it swung up and hit him in the neck, says Mikael Hedström, press spokesperson at the police, to UNT.
The man was first taken by ambulance and then by helicopter to Akademiska hospital. The injury is, according to the hospital, serious but not life-threatening.
