A man has been involved in a paragliding accident in Åre. The alarm came in at 12 pm on Sunday.
We received an alarm that a paraglider had crashed, says the police's press spokesperson Maria Linné.
A police helicopter picked up the injured man and handed him over to an ambulance. The extent of the injuries is not known.
The police have, among other things, held an inquiry into the incident, but believe it to be an accident. No further police actions will be taken, writes the police on their website.
