A man was found stabbed outdoors at an apartment building in Upplands Väsby, northwest of Stockholm, on Monday evening. A woman has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
The man was awake and able to speak when he was taken to hospital, says police spokesperson Per Fahlström.
The man and woman are acquaintances, according to the police.
The police had several patrols on site and dog patrols, among other things, to search for suspects.
In the police operation, investigative measures were taken that made it possible to locate the crime scene, which was in an apartment.
The apartment will now undergo a technical examination.
