Helsingborg District Court has concluded the man is guilty of both murders, but the investigation will determine whether he should be sentenced to forensic psychiatric care or to prison.
The couple were found dead in their home in Klippan last spring. According to the indictment, the man, in his 60s, had entered their home by breaking a window. They died as a result of severe, repeated violence.
