The man escaped around 11 a.m., after which staff at the department contacted police. According to TTELA, a large police operation was underway in the area and included a police helicopter.
The man does not pose a threat to the public, the police write on their website. By lunchtime, he had been found again.
"Shortly after 12:00, the police found the wanted man in the immediate area. He has been secured and is being taken back to the facility. The operation is being concluded," the police write.
