Rescue services, police and an ambulance responded at 10 p.m. on Wednesday after an alarm was raised about a fire in an apartment building.
A man who was alone in the fire-ravaged apartment died in the fire, according to the fire service.
The fire started in the microwave, says Sebastian Forslöv, a command operator with the rescue service, to VLT.
The police have filed a report and will investigate the fire, but no one is suspected of a crime.
