It was on Tuesday that the apartment started burning, which made a man and a boy jump from a balcony.
Both were taken to hospital, where the man was treated for life-threatening injuries and the boy for serious injuries, according to Region Skåne. The boy's condition has stabilized.
There is no suspicion of crime, but the police have filed a report on gross negligence for a technical investigation to be conducted during the day.
It's to rule out crime, says Jimmy Modin, the police's press spokesperson.
The police have previously stated that it is likely an electric scooter that caught fire and led to the devastating fire in the apartment.
