Just before 9 pm, the police are alerted to some kind of brawl near Stenkulaskolan in Malmö.
When we arrive, there is no one left. But we search the area and find an injured person, says the police's press spokesperson Filip Annas.
The man is taken to hospital by ambulance and later the hospital reports that he has died.
Since the circumstances surrounding this death are unclear, it is classified as murder.
He cannot provide more information about those who are said to have been involved in the brawl with the man, other than that there were several people who were younger than the man.
