The alarm about the accident came at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, local media reported.
The man had been crushed under a tractor. The rescue service had to move the tractor with the help of a winch, but his life could not be saved, according to P4 Örebro.
The police have filed an accident report with no suspicion of a crime.
