When police arrived at the scene, the man was lying lifeless below the balcony of an apartment building, police wrote on their website. He was confirmed dead before being taken to hospital. According to police, the man had fallen from a high floor in the building.
The two arrested people were in the apartment where the deceased man had previously been.
A preliminary investigation into murder has been opened so police can investigate the circumstances. The apartment is cordoned off for a technical examination.
The alarm came at 8:20 p.m. on Wednesday.
