The accident occurred on Wednesday afternoon when there were few visitors at the swimming pool. Another visitor was able to pull the man out and begin CPR. The man was then taken to the hospital but died overnight.
The swimming pool is now closed.
"It's a very serious incident. We are here to provide crisis support to the employees." Anders Lexell, the leisure manager, told the newspaper.
