The man tickled the children's feet and subjected one of them to an attempted rape, according to the district court in Roskilde.
The court has found that the man is guilty of a crime and the prosecutor is demanding that he be sentenced to detention, an indeterminate sentence. Among other things, he is declared guilty of subjecting a girl to attempted rape through another sexual act than intercourse.
The man has admitted to tickling the girls' feet and stated that it gave him sexual pleasure, but he denies the attempted rape.
The man was also convicted in 2023 for breaking into homes in Roskilde and touching the feet of sleeping girls.
