It was at a party over two years ago that the 14-year-old girl and her friend took tramadol and drank alcohol. The 14-year-old never woke up after falling asleep in her bed.

The now 19-year-old man who sold the drugs to her fled abroad, was arrested in absentia, and was internationally wanted. The trial was to be held last autumn, but was postponed.

But now the 19-year-old has returned to Sweden. According to his lawyer, the return was voluntary. Today, he was arrested at Falu District Court, where he is charged with gross negligence leading to another's death and multiple counts of drug crimes.

According to local media, the 19-year-old admits to selling the tablets, but denies being guilty of gross negligence leading to another's death.
