A man has been detained since a woman was found dead in a residence in Helsingborg on Saturday.
There are unclear circumstances surrounding the death and a preliminary investigation into murder has been initiated.
They have had a relationship since before, says the police's press spokesperson Evelina Olsson.
The alarm about the incident came in the morning.
