A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a woman was found seriously injured in a residence in Norrtälje. She was taken to hospital by ambulance helicopter. Her injuries are life-threatening, according to the police.
The woman and the man have a relationship, writes the police on their website.
The police were alerted to the incident late on Monday afternoon. The residence has been cordoned off for a technical investigation.
