A man in northern Värmland was arrested on Thursday by Värmland District Court, suspected of several serious rapes against children.
The assaults are said to have taken place from 2020 and continued at least until the beginning of 2022.
It was social services that raised the alarm, says prosecutor Cecilia Aronsson to Nya Wermlands-Tidningen.
The man is now arrested for several cases of serious rape against children and serious sexual assault against children. The man and the child are acquainted with each other.
