The person in question entered his house and pushed him. Høiby followed him outside, and the police arrived shortly afterwards, Høiby's lawyer, Alexander Greaker, tells NRK.
Høiby found it unpleasant and unsafe to be approached in his own home - a place where he should be able to feel safe. He is doing well now, and he is grateful that the police arrived quickly and helped him, Greaker adds.
According to Norway's Police Security Service (PST), a person was arrested near Høiby's home on Friday night.
We have no further comment, Eirik Veum of PST tells NRK.
Høiby, 29, was sentenced to four years in prison in June. He has been living at the Crown Prince's residence, Skaugum, since July and is wearing an ankle monitor.
