A New Zealand man is accused of stealing a pendant worth just over 181,000 kronor – by swallowing it, reports The Guardian.

The pendant is made by Fabergé in a special edition inspired by the James Bond film "Octopussy" from 1983. The jewelry was released for the 60th anniversary of another Bond film, "Goldfinger" from 1964.

The gold pendant resembles one of Fabergé's famous eggs and is decorated with, among other things, 60 white diamonds and 15 blue sapphires. Inside is a miniature gold octopus - with black diamond eyes.

The accused man was arrested shortly after the shoplifting, but the jewelry has not yet been recovered. The 32-year-old is still in police custody.
