"No one has been detained in the case, but we consider it an isolated incident. There is no danger to the public," says police spokesperson Katarina Rusin.
The police received information at around 6:30 a.m. that led to a search of the home where the deceased were found.
A townhouse has been cordoned off, as have parts of a communal parking lot. According to Skånska Dagbladet, a window in the townhouse has been broken.
Police are going door to door and carrying out a forensic investigation. Relatives have been notified.
