Last October, a man was shot dead and another was injured at a school in the Brynäs district of Gävle. A 24-year-old man was suspected of murder and attempted murder. He has now been acquitted of the charges, according to Gävle District Court.
A 19-year-old man who was charged with accessory to murder was also acquitted.
