According to the indictment, the crimes were committed on the farm between 2022 and 2024.
But Ystad District Court does not find it proven that the man drugged and sexually abused several people in his vicinity.
The evidence does not map out what happened at the relevant times, Councillor Sara Thomas said.
"It is therefore not enough that the plaintiff's story is more credible than the defendant's," she said in a press release.
"In this case, we have concluded that the evidence relied on in support of the plaintiff's accounts is not sufficient for a conviction."
One juror dissented and wanted to convict the man of rape to the normal degree.
