Malmö District Court has concluded that the woman managed and organized the business and promoted that a number of masseuses had temporary sexual relationships for compensation, writes the court in a press release.
The police were monitoring the salon and conducted a search in June last year. There, among other things, 33 different men's sperm and 85,000 kronor in cash were found.
Three of the women who worked at the salon have, according to the judgment, been subjected to human exploitation. They worked long days with very low wages and lacked their own accommodation in Sweden. At the same time, they needed to send money to their families in their home country.
“Some of them slept on couches in the massage rooms. Their situation was such that they needed to sell sexual services to get sufficient income, which the defendant exploited for personal gain”, says District Administrator Anna Skytte in the press conference.
The woman, who denied, is also sentenced to deportation and must pay damages to the women.
The men who bought sexual services are sentenced to conditional sentence and fines.
