Malmö man suspected of stabbing woman to death may have serious mental disorder

The man is in custody and, according to the results of a so-called Section 7 investigation, is suspected of having a serious mental disorder, reports P4 Malmöhus.

A woman in her 50s was stabbed at a shop in Bellevuegården, Malmö, on the morning of October 7. Witnesses intervened and held the man, who was then arrested by police and remains in custody.

According to the prosecutor, the people involved know each other to some extent.
