Two spectators are being prosecuted for making Nazi salutes during the match in the Swedish Cup between Malmö FF and Västerås SK. I have filed an indictment today, says prosecutor Oscar Campos to Fotbollskanalen.

MFF won the match 3–0. At the second goal, two spectators, both 21 years old, are said to have raised their arms in Nazi salutes. Something that SVT was the first to report on.

Several spectators are said to have reacted against the incident.

There are two young guys standing on the bleachers behind the goal and making many Hitler salutes or Nazi salutes. From the investigation with pictures and films, it is very clear that such salutes are being made and that they are made several times, and that they know the meaning of what they are doing. It happens during the match. This was not only noticed by the police but also by several Malmö supporters who confronted the individuals who then had to leave the bleachers, says Oscar Campos.

The two defendants have previously been convicted of other crimes.
