Kanutte Fornes joined Malmö in November 2024 ahead of the club's first season in Damallsvenskan. The 24-year-old was signed from Hammarby after spending the previous season on loan at IFK Norrköping.
The move to MFF was a success. Kanutte Fornes scored 17 goals in 25 matches during her debut season, which was enough for a shared second place in the scoring table.
So far this season, she has scored five goals in eleven matches. She rounded off her time at the club by scoring a hat-trick in Saturday's 6-0 win against Kristianstad.
