The alarm came at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, and at 11 p.m. the police announced that the woman was dead.
I don't want to go into who found the woman, but that person called the police, says police spokesperson Mats Eriksson.
The police were on scene with several resources. Helicopters and naval police took part in the operation. Police technicians are now on scene to secure evidence.
Eriksson does not want to go into how the woman died.
The circumstances surrounding the death at the scene lead us to suspect murder.
No one has been arrested.
The deceased woman's relatives have been notified.
