A woman was taken away by ambulance in an unclear condition, says police officer Johan Lindgren.
However, the police have spoken to the woman.
The smoke is heavy and a VMA (important public notice) has been issued. Everyone in the area is advised to go indoors and close doors, windows and ventilation.
The fire alarm was raised at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.
