Last week, Aftonbladet wrote that Bäcklund would perform at the Kremlin Palace in Moscow on March 14 of this year, which he later denied on Instagram. Bäcklund now tells Corren that "the war the Russian regime is waging against Ukraine is completely disgusting."
"It is not the average Russian who decided that this war should start. Everyone I know in Russia is completely exhausted by this and by how long it has dragged on," says Magnus Bäcklund, who now does not intend to visit Russia "for the foreseeable future."
