A magnet fisherman in Kristianstad has pulled up a suspected dangerous object.
It is an object that was pulled up from the Helge river, says the police's press spokesperson Filip Annas.
The alarm about the incident came at lunchtime on Saturday.
The national bomb squad was called in and has now taken the object with them to examine it further.
What it was that was fished up from the water cannot be said yet.
