"Anywhere and anytime," Maduro said of the idea of a dialogue with the United States on drug trafficking, oil and migration in an interview with state television.
At the same time, Maduro avoided directly answering a question about whether he could confirm an alleged American attack on a port facility in Venezuela.
"This could be something we talk about in a few days."
US President Donald Trump stated in a radio interview on Monday, without giving details, that the US had recently attacked an area in Venezuela where boats are loaded with drugs.
The attack would be the first known attack on a ground target during the ongoing US military crackdown on Venezuela, following deadly attacks on boats the US says are smuggling drugs and the seizure of oil tankers in international waters.
