The world-famous star is now offering a reward for anyone who can help find the clothes.
"These are not just clothes, they are part of my story," she writes on Instagram.
When 67-year-old Madonna visited Sabrina Carpenter at Coachella this weekend, she wore the same outfit - a purple corset and a Gucci jacket - that she wore when she first played the festival in 2006.
Madonna recently announced she will release her new album "Confessions II" on July 3.
