Three concerts are planned: in Dublin on October 26, Paris on October 29 and London on October 30, writes Variety.
The Grammy-winning artist was recently dropped as the opening act on Ed Sheeran's US tour after expressing his support for a free Palestine during two concerts in New Jersey.
According to Live Nation, the mini-tour will bring Macklemore together with friends "for a series of performances that put Palestine and Palestinians at the center."
