The woman complained for a long time about the temperature in the apartment, but when the landlord wanted to visit for an inspection, she refused to open the door, reports Hem & Hyra.

When a major overhaul of the heating system was to be carried out in the residential area, she also did not want to let the craftsmen in. After repeated attempts to get her to open the door, she reported the landlord, the municipal housing company LKF, to the police for harassment.

The rental board has decided that the housing company has the right to terminate the rental contract, and the Svea Court of Appeal now also rules in favour of the landlord.
